By placing an order through this store, you agree to the following Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made via this website and form part of a binding agreement between you (the customer) and this store.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through this website and are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless otherwise stated (e.g. store-approved invoicing or internal deductions).

  • This store reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable or if an error has occurred in pricing or product info.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2. Fulfilment & Collection

  • This store operates a click & collect model only — no shipping is available.

  • Most orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders must be collected in person, during advertised hours or by arrangement.

  • Items marked as pre-order or backorder will not be available for immediate collection. Collection timeframes will vary depending on stock arrival.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with the Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Some products (e.g. whistles removed from packaging or worn apparel) may not be eligible for return.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In eligible cases, store credit or exchange may be offered.

4. Misuse & Fair Use

  • This store may refuse service or cancel orders where it suspects fraud, abuse, or misuse of promotional offers.

  • You must not use this site in a way that causes harm to the platform or other customers.
