Pre-Orders & Backorders

🔄 Pre-Orders

Items listed as pre-order are not yet in stock, but can be ordered and paid for ahead of time.
When you place a pre-order:

  • You’re securing the item in advance — we’ll reserve it for you once it arrives.

  • Estimated fulfilment times may vary depending on manufacturing or delivery delays.

  • You’ll receive an email from us when the item is ready for collection — please wait for that before attending the Referees Room.

  • You can still include in-stock items in your order — they’ll usually be held until the full order can be fulfilled.


📦 Backorders

Some items (like whistles) are staple products that we restock regularly. If an item is listed as backorder, it means we’re temporarily out of stock but:

  • You can still place and pay for your order.

  • We'll fulfil your order once the new stock arrives.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready for collection.


⚖️ Your Rights

In line with Australian Consumer Law:

  • You’re entitled to a refund if we can’t supply the item within a reasonable timeframe or if there’s a major delay we didn’t tell you about before you purchased.

  • You’re also entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to.

  • However, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds.
