Order Collection

All purchases through the TTRA Member Store use a Click & Collect model. We do not offer shipping.

Here’s how collection works:

• Most orders will be ready within 2–3 business days.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup.

• Please wait until you receive that email before attending the clubhouse — we can’t guarantee orders will be ready earlier.

🧍‍♂️ Where to Collect

Once your order is ready, you’ll generally be able to collect it from the TTRA Referees Room during the next scheduled competition day.

To collect your order, speak to either:

• A member of the TTRA Management Committee, or

• One of the TTRA’s Competition Coordinators.

⚠️ Please note:
The Referees Room is a shared space with Townsville Touch Football (TTF) Competition Admin, but TTF is a separate organisation.
TTF staff are unable to assist with TTRA store orders — please only speak with TTRA representatives.
